My name is Britta, and I first fell in love with Nordic ski racing in the mountains around Lake Tahoe. I started ski racing at 14, and from that moment on I’ve been chasing one big goal: to compete for the U.S. on the world stage.
Last year I attended World Juniors in Norway with the US Ski Team. Seeing some of the fastest athletes and racing alongside them was an incredible experience, showing me exactly where I want to go, and how hard I’m willing to work to get there.
Nordic skiing has given me the incredible experience to travel all over and meet new people, and I am so fortunate to have an incredible team behind me. This season, I’m aiming to qualify for more international races and keep pushing toward the highest levels of U.S. competition. Support from this fundraiser helps make that journey possible, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who chooses to be part of it!
