The Trail to Gold Coaching Grant provides funding through the National Nordic Foundation to the U.S. Ski Team for the cost of bringing women ski coaches on World Cup trips. Trail to Gold coaches participate in coaching and ski service experiences on this highest level competition circuit, mentored by U.S. Ski Team staff. This Grant aims to help raise the knowledge and experience level of American women cross-country ski coaches and increase the number of qualified international level female coaches and service technicians.
