I started skiing at 16 after recovering from a spinal injury. At the time, I never imagined I’d compete in sports again, let alone at a high level. But in my senior year of high school, I earned results strong enough to ski at the collegiate level, which gave me the coaching and training I needed to progress further. Last winter, I competed in my first World Cup, and the experience has fueled my passion to keep skiing and pursue my full potential. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a skier and to have a second chance at embracing physical activity again. NNF is an organization aiming to help American skiers reach their goals
